Navellier Fundamental 'A'
If you're looking for a bold, new fund that buys only premium stocks, Navellier's Fundamental 'A' mutual fund may be the perfect choice.
Fundamental 'A' only invests in stocks that score in the top 20% of
all
eight of our favorite fundamental variables, like sales growth, earnings growth, return on equity, etc. Consequently, less than 1% of the 5,000 stocks in our database pass this difficult test and receive our coveted "A" fundamental grade.*
This aggressive, non-diversified strategy not only has few holdings, but also may have huge sector bets. It can load-up on potentially hot sectors like energy, health care, technology, or whatever is in the sweet spot.
You might consider buying Fundamental 'A' in an IRA, for your kids or grandchildren, as more time invested can equal higher returns.
The total returns shown do not reflect the deduction of taxes that a shareholder would pay on portfolio distributions or the redemption of portfolio shares. Performance results presented herein do not necessarily indicate future performance. Investment in equity strategies involves substantial risk and has the potential for partial or complete loss of funds invested. Results presented include reinvestment of all dividends and other earnings.
How To Buy Fundamental 'A'
Fundamental 'A' is a no-load mutual fund! The trading symbol is NFMAX. It's available at most brokerage firms - just enter the symbol, and purchase as you would a stock. The minimum investment is $500 for IRAs or $2,000 for taxable accounts. If it's not available at your brokerage firm, go to the 'Buy Direct' section below.

Tax Efficiency
Not exactly tax efficient, Fundamental 'A' makes more sense in a tax-deferred account, such as an IRA. The average stock is held for only about three months, and the annual turnover rate is around 250%.
